Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find out more about UCF Go Baby Go!?

We love sharing the mission of UCF Go Baby Go! and the awesome results we are seeing on social media. Check out our Facebook and Twitter pages for up-to-date info on what we are up to and what we have coming up next. The IN THE NEWS page on this site is also a great way to 'see' all the wonderful things we are doing. If you have a specific question, just shoot us an email through our CONTACT page.

How can I get a car for my child?

Right now, the distribution of the modified ride-on cars is limited to scheduled UCF Go Baby Go! workshops. Dr. Jennifer Tucker can work with you via email to determine if we have the resources to help based on the needs of your child

We are currently accepting applications for our Holiday Workshop schedule for December 4, 2015. Click here to find out more!

Do you accept donations?

Yes! If you are interested in learning more about contributing to the UCF Go Baby Go! program, we encourage you to visit our GIVE page. You can also click here to be directed right to the UCF Go Baby Go! Foundations Account page, where you can make a direct gift online. Easy peasy!

Are donations/gifts tax deductible?

Yes. Donations to UCF Go Baby Go! are accepted through the UCF Foundation and are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. All donors will receive a receipt by mail, which can be used to claim an itemized deduction on your tax return.

What if I need a bigger car?

Currently, we are equipped to modify Lightning McQueen models. These are 6v models that work best for children 6 months to 3 years old. We hope to be able to offer bigger cars very soon!

I don't live in Florida. How can I get a car?

At this time, we do not have the resources or personnel to modify cars and ship nationally. However, there are several resources available online.

University of Delaware’s GoBabyGo website (founding group) includes several links such as a national and international contact list and information on how to bring a workshop to your area. You can also check out its Facebook page.

How do we return our UCF Go Baby Go! car so another child can benefit from it?

Just shoot us an email at: and we'll be happy to work with you to make returning your 'loved' car as easy as 1,2,3!
